Margaret Liebes embarked on her professional journey in the title industry in 1985, starting as a receptionist for Texas Professional Title, an all women-owned agency based in Austin, TX. With unwavering dedication and relentless effort, she steadily ascended the corporate ladder eventually reaching the esteemed position of branch manager for their Northwest Austin office. Throughout the years, Texas Professional Title underwent several acquisitions by prominent title companies, which provided Margaret with valuable opportunities to take on senior management and division manager roles, all of which she successfully fulfilled during her remarkable 38-year tenure. Recently, she made a pivotal decision to join Capital Title of Texas, marking a new chapter in her career. Margaret’s vast knowledge encompasses a wide range of areas, spanning from fundamental accounting processes to intricate matters like Board of Insurance audits. Her extensive experience equips her with a discerning eye for problem-solving complex title issues. Within the title industry, Margaret stands as a true unicorn, having had the privilege to witness numerous transformations and evolutions over the course of her nearly four-decade-long career.
